After being diagnosed with high cholesterol, my doctor recommended that I modify my diet, which meant certain foods would need to be limited or avoided. At first, I was surprised to learn that my cholesterol levels were high; I believed I’d been eating healthy foods.

I’m on a quest to find enjoyable foods that promote and improve heart health.
